This is a donation based class that will introduce you to the meditative movements of Tai Chi. Long known for healing minds and bodies, Tai Chi is a relaxing, movement based meditation.
A suggested donation of $5 to help cover costs (rent, air conditioning, water, etc.)
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and health benefits. It is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation" practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.
