MEET OUR YOGA DIRECTOR: PAMELA!
Pamela is the director of yoga at Sangha Space. She has over a decade of experience with yoga and is also a tango dancer. In her yoga classes, Pamela incorporates useful information about the human anatomy while inspiring her students to get creative and explore their personal goals on their mat. Pamela teaches Intermediate Grow Yoga Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm as well as Sunday mornings at 10:00am. She can also be found in tango classes Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Come find her for an inspiring yoga pose, creative dance, or interesting conversation!
