Personal Manifesto

I believe good soap creates good vibes. I believe it’s rewarding to realize that there is never a need to rush. I believe coffee is the nectar of the gods (wawa’s hazelnut coffee). I believe we could all learn a thing or two from the student that has to sit through a class with ADHD. I believe God knows way more than I do. I believe I was made to wear silk and satin. I believe pearls and lace always class something up. I believe in a thing called love. I believe we are stronger than we think. I believe in the power of positive thinking. Sometimes, I believe I think too much. Sometimes, I believe I should think more. I believe that setting marshmallows on fire is just as good as making marshmallow taffy. I believe that sexy, cocktail hour, stubble is doing what it should. I believe Greek is more beautiful than English because there is more than one type of ‘love’. I believe you can tell alot about a person by the way they walk. I believe Marc Broussard sings the sorrows of my greatest heartaches. I believe in technology-free dinners. I believe life is greater with an animal companion. I believe dancing naked is liberating for the soul. I believe tango is a therapeutic practice. I believe frozen yogurt shared with friends is good for the heart. I believe allowing ourselves to be surprised is key to learning. I believe reading one more chapter of a good book is a solid reason for being late. I believe it’s better to be a jack of all trades than a master of one. I believe chivalry is not dead. I believe in kindness and compassion. I believe in loud, belly laughs. I believe a song can change everything. I believe in getting messy. I believe in resourcefulness. I believe in the magical power of penny candy on a summer night.
